An Intimate Wedding for Marija and Tibor
Marija and Tibor’s wedding was characterized by an intimate atmosphere, relaxed conversations, and a laid-back schedule.
The Hemingway Restaurant in the 11th district proved to be the perfect venue. Family and close friends were welcomed with delicious food, and the ceremony, per the couple’s request, was held indoors.
The restaurant itself is quite ornate, with strong defining colors, and the perfect decoration was provided by the Képzeld el! team.
It was a Lithuanian-Hungarian wedding, and many guests were meeting for the first time. To break the ice, we introduced a game where everyone received a mission to complete. Despite the language barriers, many succeeded without help. We also played a game of difficult-to-pronounce words, and the children had their own entertainment area with activities like bead threading, painting, drawing, and various interactive games.
Our master of ceremonies, Dávid Tarcsa, conducted the day in both Hungarian and English, and we thank him for his wonderful work.
In addition to the food and drinks, the restaurant also provided the technical setup and the party.
One of the highlights of the evening was the cake ceremony. Instead of forming a sparkler tunnel, we stood in a circle around the couple. The photos, taken by Csaba Varga, speak for themselves.
A unique painting was also created at the event, with the guests themselves as the artists, resulting in a keepsake that will last forever. Since both Marija and Tibor love tattoos, we provided some temporary ones, which were a big hit with the guests.
The delicious cake was crafted by Sütike Műhely.
Marija’s dress was custom-made to her vision by Ildikó Grószné Kmetty.
We had the pleasure of meeting two fantastic people in Marija and Tibor, and we are so grateful to have been a part of their Big Day!
