Lilla and Gábor came to us with a clear vision for their wedding day—and we did everything in our power to bring it to life. Their celebration took place on one of the hottest days of the summer, and it was nothing short of magical.
The preparations began two days before the wedding, on Thursday, at the breathtaking Daalarna Garden. To comfortably accommodate the 200 dinner guests, we extended the Winter Garden with a transparent marquee. Huge thanks to the team at Tofi Tent for the stunning clear-span structure!
On Friday morning, the decor team led by Andi Gruber worked tirelessly, once again delivering exceptional results. Graphic design elements—including the custom seating chart—were created by the talented Elyn.
Tableware was provided by Lamesa, and elegant furniture came from Amerikaiszék.
Meanwhile, technical setup and catering prep were well underway. Massive thanks to the EventStudio team for their seamless execution, and to Ferenc Budai for managing all catering logistics.
Wedding day preparations kicked off in the morning with flawless makeup by Dóri Graff and elegant hairstyles by Karesz Tarsoly – Hedge Hair.
Péter Herman beautifully captured the day’s memories, while the wedding film was created by Plus Film.
Our charismatic host, Gábor Herendi, kept the energy high all night. Entertainment highlights included thrilling aerial acrobatics, fire performers, and a live violin & DJ duo—ANNAXAOB—who traveled in from Croatia for the celebration.
We also had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Diána Ugrin as the ceremony officiant. After seeing her in action, we can’t recommend her highly enough.
During guest arrival and the post-ceremony congratulations, guests enjoyed Pomodoro Gelato and chilled champagne served from a whimsical champagne wall—just ring the bell and a glass appeared!
A unique and thoughtful touch: a custom indoor scent, curated for the occasion by István Fejti, created an unforgettable atmosphere.
Of course, no celebration would be complete without the crowd-favorite 360 Selfie Booth, provided once again by Photofun.
As the evening came to a close, guests gathered around the pool for the cake ceremony, where 200 mini cakes were served alongside a stunning main wedding cake. Every sweet treat was crafted by the exquisite Mon Petit Dessert Boutique.
One of the couple’s wishes was to celebrate until sunrise—and we’re proud to say that’s exactly what happened. As the sky brightened, we packed up with full hearts and unforgettable memories.
